Double Occupancy = You are booking both available beds in the room to share with 1 friend who is equally ready to invest in themselves! This option does not reslut in any savings, but is a way for you to share a room with a friend without sharing a bed!

- both queen size beds & in this arrangement each person would have their own queen bed.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Dont Panic Retreat via email at dontpanicretreat@gmail.com. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, health changes, personal emergencies or otherwise. There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early.
Cancellation Requests submitted within 3 days of purchase are eligable for a full refund minus the re-listing fee 👍
Cancellation requests submitted before 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of total amount, minus the re-listing fee.
Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the retreat start date : sorry, but no refunds given & no exceptions 😔
We work with so many amazing vendors to get customized bags, merch, meals, etc just for you, that it would be lost costs for us. We hope you can understand 😅
Your purchase IS transferrable to someone else! Even though we have strict refund & cancellation policies we still want to give you options should you need to change course!
