Single Occupancy = You are booking 1 of 2 beds in the room and will have a roomate assigned to share your space with!

Double Occupancy= You are booking both available beds in the room to share with 1 friend who is equally ready to invest in themselves! Save $200.00 collectively and pay $2900.00 each with this option and still have your own bed!

Occupancy Options
Cost Inclusions
Prices include retreat costs only; they do not include travel costs to and from the retreat. This includes 3 meals a day + amazing gift bags as well as overnight arrangements if you bought a room.
Single Occupancy Prices = Your have your own bed & includes the following for 1 person: All activities & classes, 3 meals a day + amazing gift bags as well as overnight arrangements.
Double Occupance Prices = You are sharing your bed with a friend or partner & includes the following for 2 people : All activities & classes, 3 meals a day, all classes and activities + amazing gift bags & overnight arrangements.
Weekend passes do not include overnight sleeping arrangements at the house.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Dont Panic Retreat via email at dontpanicretreat@gmail.com. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, health changes, personal emergencies or otherwise. There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early.
Cancellation Requests submitted within 3 days of purchase are eligable for a full refund minus the re-listing fee 👍
Cancellation requests submitted before 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of total amount, minus the re-listing fee.

We work with so many amazing vendors to get customized bags, merch, meals, etc just for you, that it would be lost costs for us. We hope you can understand 😅
Your purchase IS transferrable to someone else! Even though we have strict refund & cancellation policies we still want to give you options should you need to change course!
